1. Brush your Teeth Regularly
This is the very basic step which everyone must follow. Make sure that you do regular brushing minimum twice a day.
Once when you get up in the morning and 2nd before going to sleep.

- Almond Oil

3. Hydrogen Peroxide
It is a natural bleaching agent and is very effective against killing bacteria.
Hydrogen Peroxide is used for many years in the medical field to kill bacteria or to disinfect wounds.
In most of the commercial teeth whitening products, it is available and is very effective in giving your teeth the desired results.
